Launched a new moisturizer and mineral SPF as gentle alternatives to retinol through a clean, science-led campaign.
The challenge was to educate spa partners and consumers on bakuchiol as an effective natural alternative to retinol, offering comparable results without the irritation often associated with traditional retinoids. The creative direction emphasized credibility and trust, using ingredient-focused visuals to highlight key actives and performance.
The launch achieved strong spa partner buy-in, broke records for highest promotional-period buy-in, and established both products as award-winning best sellers, including Best Retinol Alternative at the Cosmopolitan Holy Grail Beauty Awards (2024).
